Returns

Besse Shirt Lettering ensures that all orders are fulfilled on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Besse Shirt Lettering accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are not satisfied by Besse Shirt Lettering products for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is different from the final design submitted by the customer.

To return a Besse Shirt Lettering product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at Besseshirtlettering@comcast.net  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return, why you want to return it and a photo depicting the issue. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Returns for refund or exchange: must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase and in original condition.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
